Take your journal book/ notebook/ writing pad - the option is yours. Write a story or your thoughts in. Remember you can use both Pen and Pencil in your journal writing. Allow your story or thoughts to flow. Be free to express as you know this is only for your self and not for others. Make it as realistic as you can. Always remember, the more you know your weakness, the more you get stronger. Explore the inner you and write it for your self.


I am sure you will feel good factor when you have poured in your thoughts into a piece of paper. Once you have completed the task. Focus again into your work.


Yes, this time your focus should be on the words, doodle and any work that you have done using Pencil. Make a note on that because you wanted to change in future and these are your emotional state of change for later use. The one which which you have Pen are your impressions and take it positive for your history.


This Art Therapy Life Hack activity is to understand yourself better and focus on the change that you wish for. Introspect on it, find reason for choosing Pencil on that work and what change are you expecting. Now, work for the change that you need to bring in it. That is it! You have understood your self.
